• New larger covered Slips (10 ft high, 10 ft wide, up to 28 ft long)- $175/month with yearly lease INTRODUCTORY RATE $150/mo
• Current covered Slips (7 ft High, 9.5 ft wide, up to 24 ft long) - $125/month with yearly lease
• Uncovered Boat Slips - $100/month with year lease
• Sail Boat Slips - $125/month with year lease
• Daily Rates - $15 uncoverd,/$20 for covered (if available)
• Weekly Rates - $75 uncovered/$100 covered
• Month to Month -  $195-$245 month covered / $145 month uncovered
  

North Side Marina and Resort offers the only deep water boat slip rentals on Lake Bridgeport (water is 25-35 ft deep).   North Side is the only lake facility to offer combination lodging,  and slip rentals.  Hydrohoist lifts are also available but not included in above rates.  We also offer seasonal RV sites.

All prices exclude 6.75% sales tax.
